Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Diaspire has no accounts and no passwords. Everything you can do here is done through private links we email you.

What if nothing changed that month?

We will say so in one line rather than pad the email out. Immigration rules move slowly, and we would rather send you something short and true than something long and invented.

Why is there a note about Diaspire in it?

Because it is how the free matches stay free. It sits at the end of the same monthly email, so joining the list costs you one message a month in total, not two, and never a second sender.

What about my questionnaire answers?

Keeping them is a separate tick box, and it is off unless you turn it on. Leave it alone and your answers stay in your own browser exactly as they do today. Turn it on and we hold them for 21 days so you can pick up on another device, then delete them automatically.

How do I leave?

One click, from the bottom of any email we send, or from the Unsubscribe button your mail app shows at the top of it. You do not have to reply to anyone or explain why.
