Diaspire provides general research about publicly available international routes. It is not immigration advice, not legal advice, and not representation.

Anco2 Innovations is not a law firm, not a notary, and not a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). We are not authorised to represent you before any immigration authority, and we never will on your behalf. We strongly recommend speaking to a licensed immigration lawyer or an RCIC before you submit any application. In Canada you can verify an RCIC's status on the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants register.

Reports are built from the answers you give and from our route database as it stood when your report was generated. Rules, fees and deadlines set by governments change without notice. Always confirm against the official source we link before you act or pay anything.

You can separately ask us to email you once a month about changes to the immigration, study and scholarship options in up to five countries you choose. It is free, it is optional, and joining it never creates a payment obligation of any kind. Nothing about the free matches or a paid report depends on whether you join.

You join by ticking a box and then clicking a link we email you. Until you click that link nothing is active. Every update we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link and a link to change your countries, and your email application’s own Unsubscribe button works too. As we say on the form before you agree, the monthly email also carries a short note from us about what we have added or improved: it travels inside the same message, so being on the list means one email a month, not two.

What the updates are. Each week we research the countries we cover for changes to their immigration, study and scholarship rules, using official government sources and a fixed list of established news organisations. What we find is published on our updates blog with the source behind every item, and the monthly email carries the month’s findings for the countries you chose. Alongside that we report what changed in our own records: options we added, closed or re-checked.

Where an item is sourced to a news organisation rather than to the authority itself, we say so on the item. Those are different kinds of claim, and you are entitled to know which one you are reading before you act on it.

Court decisions and announced plans are reported as such, and are not rule changes. We report court rulings that affect immigration, and formal government announcements of an intention to change something, because both are useful early warning. Neither means a rule has changed. A court decision may be appealed and the authority may not have changed what it publishes; an announced plan is not law and is often changed or dropped. Every one of these items carries a note saying so, and you should not apply, pay, or change your plans on the strength of one.

Research is assisted by software, including AI, working only from those sources. Every published item carries a link to the source it came from, and an item we could not trace to an approved source is not published at all. We review before publishing, but we do not promise that every item is free of error, which is why the link is there, and why the paragraph below matters.

Nothing found by that research changes our route records. The information behind our country pages and our reports is researched separately by us and only changes through our own review and publication process. News we report is news; it never becomes a fact in our database on its own.

What the updates are not. They are not immigration advice, and they are not a legal or regulatory alert service. Our records are researched by us, not fed to us by any government, so a change can happen without us knowing about it, without us publishing it that month, or without it reaching the email you receive. Silence in one of our emails is not evidence that nothing changed, and you must not treat this list as a way to be told about anything with a deadline attached to it. Before you act, pay anything, or let a date pass, check the official source we link.

Blog posts describe one week and are not updated afterwards. A post is a record of what we found in the week it names, not a current statement of the rules. If you have arrived at one from a search engine, check its date and then check the official source before relying on anything in it. The country pages are the part of this site we keep current; the blog is dated by design.

We aim to publish weekly and to send one email a month. We do not promise to, and we may change which countries we cover, change what the updates cover, pause them, or stop entirely, it is a free service. If we stop the email list, we will say so in an email rather than simply going quiet.

We quote and link other organisations’ reporting under normal fair-dealing practice, with attribution. If you own a source we have cited and want it removed, email admin@anco2i.com and we will take it down.

Prices are shown before you buy and are one-time, there is no subscription and nothing recurring. Payment is processed by Stripe; your card details never reach us.

Reports are generated and delivered straight after payment, so there is no cancellation window once you confirm. Instead we guarantee the thing you actually care about, which is that the report is right.

If within 14 days of purchase you find that a requirement, fee, threshold or deadline in your report does not match the official source we linked, or you realise you entered something about yourself incorrectly, email support@diaspire.app. We correct the data, generate your report again, and send it to you at no charge.

If we cannot put it right, we will refund you. And if a technical fault stops your report being generated after you have paid, we either deliver it or refund you, your choice.

None of this limits any refund or cancellation right you have under consumer protection law where you live that cannot be waived by agreement. Where our policy conflicts with such a right, that right wins.

We present routes we believe are realistic for your profile. We cannot and do not guarantee any outcome, not a visa, not an admission, not a scholarship, not a job offer. Those decisions belong to governments, institutions and employers, and none of them is connected to us.

We also take no commission or placement fee from any employer, school or agency for pointing you somewhere. What you see is what our matching produced, not what somebody paid to put in front of you.

Your report, CV and cover letter are licensed to you for your own personal use in your own search. Please do not resell or redistribute them commercially.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Diaspire and Anco2 Innovations are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our reports, including decisions you make, money you spend, or applications that are refused. Please treat our reports as a well-researched starting point, and verify before you commit money or time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If something goes wrong, email us first, we would much rather sort it out directly.

This is an interim statement of our terms, accurate to the service as it works today. A fuller version is in legal review and will replace this page; we will update the date above when it does.
