What Diaspire cannot do
We say elsewhere on this site that we are honest about our limits. This is that page. If any of the below is what you need, we would rather tell you now than take your money first.

We do not give advice on your case
Diaspire matches your profile against published routes and shows you what the official sources say. It cannot weigh up your particular circumstances, and it cannot tell you what you personally should do. That is advice, it is regulated, and we are not licensed to give it. For that you need an immigration lawyer or a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
We do not apply for anything on your behalf
We give you the official application page and tell you what to prepare. You apply yourself. We never submit forms, never contact an embassy, employer or university for you, and never act as your representative.
We do not cover asylum or humanitarian protection
If you are fleeing danger, Diaspire is the wrong tool and we do not want to slow you down. Asylum and refugee protection are legal processes with their own rules, and they need proper legal help — usually free through the United Nations refugee agency (UNHCR) or a legal aid organisation in the country you are in.
We do support people who already hold a refugee travel document or a stateless person's document and are looking at study or work routes. That is a different question, and one most tools ignore.
We cannot promise an outcome
A strong match means your profile fits the published requirements. It does not mean you will be approved. Visa officers, admissions committees and employers make their own decisions, often with discretion we cannot see or predict, and sometimes with quotas or caps that fill before you apply.
Our database has edges
- We currently cover a curated set of routes across around 25 countries — not every country and not every visa in the world. If nothing matches, it may mean we do not cover your best option yet.
- Every route is checked by a human against the official source, and each carries the date it was last verified. Between those checks a government can change a fee, a threshold or a deadline without warning.
- We do not scrape. That keeps quality high and coverage narrower than an automated competitor.
- Where a route depends on something we deliberately never ask about — prior refusals, immigration history, health, criminal record — we can only flag it in general terms. You have to judge that part yourself.
We cannot tell you whether a specific employer will hire you
For employer-sponsored and vocational routes we can tell you the route exists, what it requires, and where employers advertise. We cannot tell you that a given employer will take you on, and we have no relationships with employers — no commissions, no placements, no introductions.
The free matches are deliberately limited
It is a quick read from a handful of answers, and it stays on screen — you cannot download it. It exists so you can decide whether a full report is worth paying for, not as a substitute for one.
If we get something wrong
Tell us and we will fix it. Our 14-day correction guarantee covers report errors, and every correction we make goes into our public corrections log so you can see our track record rather than take our word for it.
