Privacy
Short version: your answers for the free matches stay in your own browser, we never ask for sensitive background information, and your card details never reach us.

Who we are
Diaspire is an international opportunity research and information service operated by Anco2 Innovations (A2I), based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. Canadian federal privacy law — the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) — is the primary framework governing how we handle your information.
Cornel Andrew Lyatuu is our Privacy Officer. Reach him at admin@anco2i.com.
The free matches: your answers stay in your browser
When you answer the free matches questionnaire, your answers are saved in your own web browser so that closing the tab does not lose your progress. They are not stored on our servers.
This describes the free matches only. If you separately choose to fill in our short launch feedback form in exchange for a promo code, that one does keep what you write — it says so on the form itself.
To produce your matches, your answers are sent to us in a single request, matched against our route database, and then discarded. We keep no copy. What we do record is anonymous: which countries were matched and whether a next step was flagged, with nothing that identifies you.
Because the answers sit in your browser, they will still be there if you come back later — which also means they would be there for the next person if you are using a shared or public computer. Every teaser page has a Clear my answers from this browser button that removes them immediately.
What we never collect
We do not ask for, and have no place to store, any of the following:
- Prior visa refusals, overstays, deportations or removals
- Your current immigration status
- Criminal record information
- Health, disability or accessibility information
- Your full date of birth — we ask only for birth month and year
Where a route genuinely depends on one of these, we say so in general terms in your report and leave it to you to check against your own circumstances.
If you ask us to email your matches
The matches screen offers to email you a copy. If you use it, your address is used for that single message and then discarded. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we store nothing.
If you buy a report
To deliver a paid report we need your email address and the answers you give in the report questionnaire. We use them to generate the report, deliver it, and support you afterwards.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach us — we never see or store them. Stripe has its own privacy policy covering the data it processes.
Your finished report file is stored so you can download it again, reachable only through the private link we send you. Report files are deleted automatically once they expire, and the linked record is anonymised at the same time. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Website measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few basic events, so we can see, for example, how many people finish the questionnaire. It does not use advertising cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other websites. We see totals, not individuals.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with the services we need to run Diaspire — our hosting and database provider, our email provider, and Stripe for payment — and where the law requires it. Some of these operate outside Canada, so your information may be processed abroad and be subject to the laws of those countries.
We never provide your information to immigration authorities, employers or institutions on your behalf. That is not something Diaspire does.
Your rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal or accounting duty to keep it
- Withdraw your consent
- Ask where your information has been sent, including outside Canada
- Complain about how we have handled it
Email admin@anco2i.com to exercise any of these. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca, or to your local data protection authority if another country's law applies to you.
Accounts
Diaspire has no accounts and no passwords. You do not sign up, and there is nothing to log in to. If that changes we will update this page before it does.
Changes to this notice
This is our current, accurate description of how Diaspire handles information. A fuller policy is being prepared with legal review and will replace this page when it is ready; we will change the date above and, if the change is significant, say so plainly.
